We will not be responsible for order errors in which information provided to Soshin Trade Corporation by the buyer.
Shipping and Delivery
Free delivery is available for the area within a 30 mile radius of our store in South Gate, CA.
Please call us at 1-800-543-2476 to find out if your shipping address is eligible. ( Business hours: M-F 8am to 5pm, Sat. 9pm to 3pm)
We will ship the item you have purchased within 1 business day after the payment is fully received.
We will ship the item to USA 48 states. For Alaska and Hawaii, please call us at 1-800-543-2476 for the shipping quotation.
Please provide us the commercial/business address with forklift or loading dock. If you don’t have the commercial address,
we can ship the item to the shipping company’s terminal where is the closest to your address. However, please contact us about
the terminal before you place an order. Commercial address requires lift gate services. Please select the shipping fee with lift gate service if you need a residential delivery.
We will provide you the tracking number by email as soon as the item is shipped out in order for you to truck the status of your shipment.
When you receive the item you ordered, please inspect the item before you sign for it. If the item is damaged by the shipping carrier,
please call us at 1-800-543-2476 within 24 hours, or the claim will not be filed. We will file the claim on behalf of the buyer. The claim
will be processed by the carrier’s company and then the decision (replacement/refund/etc.) will be determined by the carrier’s company.

The buyers are responsible for all shipping costs (both ways) for the returned items.
Please have the claim number written on the outside of the package. Any returns arriving to our warehouse without the claim number will be refused.
Also, please include the invoice with your returned package.
If there are any reasons you want to return the product, then there will be 15% restocking charge on every good items returned.
